When you access the service, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and information about how you interact with pages and audio generation features.

When you purchase credits, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. Reference recordings and generated audio may contain personal or biometric characteristics. We process them to provide the features you request. We do not use submitted voice recordings to train a generally available model unless that use is separately disclosed and supported by an appropriate permission or consent mechanism.

Retention periods may vary by data type and operational requirement.
