By accessing or using Qwen3 TTS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in the place where you live.

Qwen3 TTS provides browser-based AI voice tools for converting text into speech, designing voices from written instructions, cloning voices from reference recordings, previewing available voices, and downloading generated audio. Features, supported languages, models, output formats, and availability may change as the service develops.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

You may use Qwen3 TTS only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the text, prompts, voice descriptions, reference recordings, and other material you submit, as well as the way you use generated audio. You must have all rights and permissions required for submitted content.

Qwen3 TTS uses credits for eligible audio generation tasks. Credit pack prices, included credits, and applicable usage rules are displayed on the Pricing page or at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Purchases, refunds, taxes, and chargebacks are subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

The service may process text, prompts, voice descriptions, reference audio, generation settings, and generated audio. You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You remain responsible for your content and generated audio.

You may clone or imitate a voice only when you own the recording or have clear permission from the voice owner. You may not impersonate another person, mislead an audience about the source of synthetic speech, bypass consent, or use a cloned voice for fraud, harassment, defamation, or other harmful activity. You are responsible for disclosures required by law, platform policy, or contract.

You may not use Qwen3 TTS to create or distribute illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful audio. You may not violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, biometric, consumer protection, or other rights. You may not interfere with the service, bypass limits or security controls, scrape the service without permission, or attempt to reverse engineer its protected systems.

Qwen3 TTS uses automated models that may produce inaccurate pronunciation, unexpected pauses, artifacts, inconsistent voice characteristics, or other errors. Generated audio should be reviewed before publication or professional use. We do not guarantee that every output will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.

The service may rely on third parties for authentication, payments, analytics, storage, hosting, and AI processing. Your use of third-party features may also be governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address security risks, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or maintain the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qwen3 TTS, its operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of the service.

These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Qwen3 TTS regarding the service and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject.
